    【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺良性肿瘤切除后行环形缝合的临床疗效。方法：对280例乳腺肿瘤切除的门诊患者采用切口环形缝合。结果：应用该方法缝合的280例乳腺切口278例(99.3%)伤口I期愈合，且瘢痕小，乳腺柔韧感同前。结论：该方法简便易行，能减轻手术切口瘢痕，保持乳腺原有柔韧感，对满足患者生理心理需求具有重要意义。
